We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Bowlr Store. However, if you change your mind or are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be unpersonalised
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories where applicable
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice

Items that are returned used, damaged, or not in a resaleable condition may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a reduced refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These may include:

Custom Personalised or custom-made products
Sale Items marked as final sale or clearance where stated
Used Products not suitable for resale once opened or used

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item back.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days of approval, depending on your payment provider.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or alternative solution as quickly as possible, and cover any reasonable return costs where applicable.
